Before the Hack processes the information submitted through this form. For privacy questions or requests: hello@before-the-hack.com. The operator’s full legal identity will be published before the service opens publicly.
Data and purposes
We use your professional contact details, company information, countries of establishment and billing, and high-level request context to qualify the request, reply, check company eligibility and, with your approval, prepare an introduction.
Legal basis and recipients
Processing is based on your consent. Data is accessible to Before the Hack and strictly necessary technical providers. It is never shared with a security firm without separate approval for that specifically named firm.
Retention
A prospect request is kept for no more than 3 years from collection or your last active contact, unless another legal duty applies. Anti-abuse technical data is limited and removed sooner whenever possible.
Eligibility and sanctions
Checks concern the company, its country of establishment, ownership where needed, the proposed firm and applicable rules. Language or IP address alone never determines eligibility.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated page, device, country and performance statistics. No advertising cookie, individual profile or form content is sent.
